KARACHI: Shaikh Imtiaz Hussain, President of the America Pakistan Business Development Forum (AMPAK-BDF), extended heartfelt congratulations to the Government and people of the United States on the occasion of U.S. Independence Day.
In his message, Shaikh Imtiaz praised the enduring values of freedom, democracy, and innovation that define the American spirit. “This day not only marks the birth of a great nation but also celebrates its global contributions and strong, resilient ties with Pakistan,” he said.
Highlighting the long-standing cooperation between the United States and Pakistan across sectors such as education, healthcare, defense, and particularly bilateral trade and investment, the AMPAK-BDF President emphasized the potential for a “new era of strategic economic partnership.”
Shaikh Imtiaz reaffirmed AMPAK-BDF’s commitment to strengthening business and investment ties between the two nations, with particular focus on technology, agriculture, energy, textiles, and services. “We foresee enhanced market access, diversified trade portfolios, and collaborative growth opportunities benefiting both economies,” he added.
He concluded by expressing optimism about the future of Pakistan–U.S. relations and extended warm wishes on behalf of the Pakistani business community.
“Long live Pakistan–U.S. friendship,” he said.
