The Creator Challenge will offer selected participants a pathway to Tetr College’s Graduate Program in Entrepreneurial Leadership, with a year of hands-on venture building across Shanghai, London and Dubai.

DUBAI: Tetr College of Business, a first-of-its-kind global business school where students learn business by building businesses across the world, has announced scholarships worth up to US$100,000 for its Graduate Program in Entrepreneurial Leadership (GPEL) through The Creator Challenge.

The challenge is designed for established creators ready to turn their audiences into businesses, aspiring creators looking to get a head start on their entrepreneurial journeys, and individuals with an instinct for building something of their own.

The one-year master’s program spans Shanghai, London and Dubai, bringing together content, creativity and hands-on entrepreneurship to help participants build businesses with global potential. Through academic partnerships with Fudan School of Management in Shanghai and Imperial College London, the program culminates in a credential co-signed by both institutions.

The program builds on the idea that the ability to create can be a powerful starting point for entrepreneurship. Established creators can leverage the audiences and trust they have cultivated to develop products, launch brands and create businesses that extend beyond content.

Aspiring creators can get a head start by pairing their creative ambitions with the skills to build a business, while individuals with an entrepreneurial instinct can turn their ability to spot opportunities into ventures of their own while parallely building their distribution through content. GPEL is designed to help participants take these different starting points and translate them into action, guiding them through the journey of building a business across three global markets.

The one-year master’s program takes students through the different stages of building a venture across Shanghai, London and Dubai, with each city offering a distinct opportunity to put their ideas to the test. In Shanghai, they bring ideas to life through AI-led innovation, product development and supply-chain execution, turning concepts into tangible products. In London, they shape their brand identities, develop financial strategies and learn to position their offerings in the market.

In Dubai, they prepare to pitch their ventures to venture capitalists, build strategic partnerships and explore opportunities to scale across borders. By building ventures from concept to scale, students gain practical business experience, backed by academic partnerships with Fudan School of Management and Imperial College London, whose co-signed credential recognises their learning journey.

Commenting on the launch, Pratham Mittal, Founder of Tetr College of Business, said, “Some of the most interesting businesses of the future will be built by people who may not see themselves as entrepreneurs yet. They could be creators who understand their audiences deeply but don’t know how to turn that connection into a business, aspiring creators with a fresh perspective, individuals who see content creation as a pathway to building a business of their own, or entrepreneurs who instinctively spot opportunities others miss. The challenge is turning that instinct into a business. Through The Creator Challenge, we want to encourage people to look at their creative potential through an entrepreneurial lens. GPEL gives them the platform to build across three global hubs and develop the skills to turn their ideas into businesses with the potential to scale globally.”

Tetr College has collaborated with some of the world’s leading creators. These collaborations reflect Tetr’s engagement with the evolving creator economy and the growing intersection of content, community and entrepreneurship. GPEL aims to build on this intersection, equipping participants to explore how creative ideas and audience engagement can become the foundation for building businesses of their own.

The program reflects Tetr College’s broader approach to business education, combining academic learning with hands-on experience as students apply their knowledge to real-world business challenges across global markets. Tetr students are mentored by global academics and industry leaders, including Dr. Edward Rogers, former Chief Knowledge Officer at NASA; Dr. Zal Phiroz of Harvard University; Stéphane de La Faverie, Executive Group President at Estée Lauder; Nitin Gaur, former Advisory Board Member at Stanford University; and Manoj Kohli, former Country Head at SoftBank. Through collaborations with companies, startups, investors and ecosystem partners, students also gain access to internships, founder interactions, business immersions and industry-led experiences with organisations and platforms including Emaar, Emirates, Tesla, Alibaba, Google, the Louvre and the Prado Museum.

This approach is reflected in the ventures Tetr College’s undergraduate students have built across sectors, including Fluma, an AI-powered influencer marketing platform; BluSpru, an AI optimisation SaaS solution; ServeClub, a pickleball equipment brand; Meridian, a consumer hardware startup developing beverage technology solutions; Jhatak, an Indonesian healthy snacks venture; and Nothing But, a clean-label food company offering preservative-free products. Collectively, startups built at Tetr have generated more than US$1 million in revenue and raised over US$500,000 in funding from global venture capital firms and founders to support their growth and expansion.
The inaugural GPEL cohort commences in March 2027, with applications now open.
