RIYADH: Red Sea Global (RSG), the regenerative tourism developer, is making it easier than ever for travelers to reach The Red Sea destination this Eid al-Adha, with 32 extra flights added to meet surging holiday demand.

Operating between 21–31 May, the expanded schedule offers greater flexibility for holidaymakers and last-minute planners looking to visit the destination during one of the Kingdom’s peak travel periods.

A total of 46 flights will depart from Riyadh (including 24 additional services), alongside 18 flights from Jeddah (with eight extra flights added). Regional hubs Dubai and Doha will operate twelve and eight flights respectively over the same period, ensuring seamless access for both domestic and international visitors.

The increase reflects a growing appetite for high-quality, experience-led travel within Saudi Arabia, as residents and visitors alike seek unique escapes close to home. From untouched islands and vibrant coral reefs to sweeping desert landscapes, The Red Sea offers a rare combination of natural beauty, privacy, and world-class hospitality.

The Red Sea now has nine hotels open for guests to choose from. Those looking for a desert escape can book to stay at Six Senses, Southern Dunes, The Red Sea, or Desert Rock. Secluded island stays can be found at St. Regis Red Sea Resort and Nujuma, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. For a more vibrant atmosphere, Shura Island is home to InterContinental The Red Sea Resort, SLS The Red Sea and The Red Sea EDITION. Turtle Bay Resort offers a relaxed beachside break on Saudi Arabia’s west coast.

Adding to the appeal, ADRENA, an adventure and entertainment district that opened earlier this year, offers more than 20 diverse land and water experiences for all ages. Highlights range from skateboarding, wakeboarding and cliff diving to children’s waterplay and a floating inflatable obstacle course. ADRENA is also home to Saudi Arabia’s largest saltwater surf pool stretching 215m long with waves that can reach up to 2.1m in height.

This Eid, The Red Sea will host a curated program of dining, music, entertainment, and cultural experiences across the destination. Highlights include a five-course tasting menu by Michelin-starred chef Osman Sezener at Desert Rock, late-night jazz and heritage music performances, beachfront BBQs, and thoughtfully selected Saudi retail brands at Shura Marina. Family-friendly experiences include poolside activities, a kids’ DJ festival and nightclub, as well as marine-themed edutainment. International surf brand Hurley will lead a series of activations at ADRENA, while dedicated Ladies Day programming will take place at the district on Mondays and Thursdays.

Flights to The Red Sea are operated by leading carriers including Saudia, Qatar Airways, and flydubai.
