KARACHI: The Chefs’ Association of Pakistan – Karachi Chapter successfully hosted its 9th General Body Meeting, “Unscripted,” at Chocolate Academy Karachi, bringing together approximately 90–95 professional chefs, culinary educators, industry members, food bloggers and content creators.
The event featured an informative session on chocolate tempering and the difference between couverture and compound chocolate, followed by a virtual address from a National Executive Committee member.
Eight new members were officially welcomed and presented with membership certificates.
The highlight of the evening was the Unscripted interactive discussion, where professional scenarios were presented to the audience. Unlike a traditional panel, participants were encouraged to speak, share different perspectives and suggest practical solutions.
The event concluded with networking and a high tea sponsored by Chocolate Academy Karachi.
Unscripted showed that meaningful professional conversations begin with respect, perspective and solutions.
