I am a Certified Chef, Kanwal Mehmood from Baking Department at Skills Valley Institute of Hospitality. I started my career as a culinary chef in 2015 , My first platform was Chef Zakir Institute . Since than I have been baking amazing dishes for my valuable customers as per Quality standards , my major clients were Cafe , Canteens and Events.
The platform which I selected was very versatile/unfamiliar in my family but I had a passion since childhood, therefore I chose this profession as a challenging task, I was also fond of cooking nature/vegetables in more sophisticated way with adding to the elegance, that was an uphill task for me, however, this task was successfully achieved by the help of my supportive family and some senior Chefs.
During the tenure, I received so many awards and certificates for being respectable judge at different events and competitions from reputed institution/organizations .
Furthermore, I have been working with skills valley institute as a trainer .
I am still learning by the professional trainers to train the best quality dishes to my students and also to serve the best quality of products to my loyal customers.
