Chef Ghyass Ansari, Professional certified chef. My specialty areas include Pakistani cuisine, Chines cuisine and continental food. I am also running my catering business successfully since last 13 years by the name of “Zaim’s Food Company.”
We hold the capability to serve over 3000 guests at a time. I started this career back in 2007 with a very small setup. My first order was 3 kg Biryani only but I put my faith in ALLAH and trusted my passion and abilities and I never gave up. Now, by the grace of Allah today I am living my dream and I have big orders. I with my team, manage big events and serve best quality food and services.
During this journey, I have had opportunity to upgrade my skills and I acquired degree in Culinary Art Diploma in 2018 from COTHM. This certification worked as bonus in brining improvement and support to my business venture. By the grace of ALLAH I am doing perfectly fine, as I have gained loyal customers. I have also enhanced my expertise in several types of recipes, product research, food costing, menu designing and customer satisfaction. I and my team always focus on better ways to deliver our customers the high quality and perfection.
All these analysis and research is done with the support and hardwork of my team. They are investing unitiring efforts and quality time in my business. I still continue to learn to bring innovation in my dishes. It is my aim to invest all my expertise in delivering best services to my loyal and respected customers.
