NEW YORK:  Overseas Pakistani no matter where they reside, but their hearts and minds are always sync with native land i.e. Pakistan. This is the theme behind Digital Evolution Network’s latest song named “Pakistani”.

This song named “Pakistani” is composed and sung by Sahir Ali Bagga and is written by Major Imran Raza who also has to his credit some famous ISPR songs like “bara dushman bana phirta hay”. Executive producer of this song is Riaz Babar, CEO TV-One USA and Music / Post Producer Abid Ali. Video Director of this song is Aiza Irfan.

Mr. Riaz Babar who has been residing in USA for last 15 years and has been associated with various media organizations and is currently CEO TV-One USA said; “overseas Pakistani’s are eager see their native land prosper and from time to time they put-up their share to see improvement and development in Pakistan. They do this only for their love for Pakistan. We have tried to show our love in this song”.

This song “Pakistani” is brainchild of Aiza Irfan who also happens to be the Director of this song. She has been residing in USA for last 5 years. Aiza Irfan has previously worked as Drama producer for PTV Pakistan’s Official Television Network and she has also been associated as researcher for Emmy nominated documentary ‘The American Dream Project’. She said; “love for Pakistan is in our soul, no matter where we go or live our love for mother-land remains and get stronger by every passing day. For me even in a place like USA where life is full of colours and is too fast too, I miss my country each and every day. This song is my way of paying tribute to my lovely country Pakistan. This is first such attempt by any overseas Pakistani.”

Singer of this song Sahir Ali Bagga who already has more than 100 national songs to his credit said; “we Pakistanis living in our homeland can feel the love showered on us and on our homeland by overseas Pakistanis and we also miss them exactly the way they miss their homeland.
