‘Invisible Ties’ by Nadya A.R. launched at Indus Valley School of Arts and Architecture

KARACHI: A Pakistani Author, Nadya A.R.’s book ‘Invisible Ties’ was launched today at the Indus Valley School of Arts and Architecture, Karachi. The topic of discussion was ‘The South Asian Identity: Does it travel with us?’ The event was moderated by Salman Tarik Kureishi and the panel consisted of Javed Jabbar, Noorjehan Bilgrami and Omar Shahid Hamid.

The launch was very well-attended by academics, dignitaries and people from all walks of life. The book has been launched previously in Singapore with the National University of Singapore and at the Lahore Literary Festival.

‘Invisible Ties’ is a fiction novel and is a saga of love, displacement and loss, and is highly commended by Mahesh Bhatt, Shobhaa De and Salman Tariq Kureshi.
