BAKU: The INMerge Innovation Summit, Azerbaijan’s largest innovation and entrepreneurship gathering organized by PASHA Holding, will return on September 29–30, 2025, at the Baku Convention Center for its fifth edition.
This year’s program will bring together world-renowned innovators and business leaders, including Marc Randolph, Co-Founder of Netflix, Zack Hass, former Head of Go-to-Market at OpenAI, Ed Catmull, Co-Founder of Pixar, and Tarun Khanna, Jorge Paulo Lemann Professor at Harvard Business School. They will be joined by a broad range of experts shaping the future of technology, investment, and entrepreneurship worldwide.
With 5,000 participants, more than 100 speakers, and over 100 startups and investors attending in 2024, the Summit has established itself as a key platform for connecting ideas, talent, and capital. Its mission is to foster collaboration, inspire innovation, and strengthen Azerbaijan’s role as a regional hub for entrepreneurship.

Last year’s edition welcomed leading figures such as YouTube Co-Founder Steve Chen, Amazon Vice President & CTO Werner Vogels, Starbucks Co-Founder Zev Siegl, and professors from Harvard Business School and Stanford University. Building on this legacy, INMerge 2025 will feature an even more dynamic agenda and international presence.
