Eligible businesses avail free and subsidized business advisory
DUBAI: Dubai-based business advisory firm Titan Partners International has announced the launch of Back-To-Growth, the first-of-a-kind corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative designed to help entrepreneurs, startups, solopreneurs, and micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) across the UAE recover from the business challenges created by recent regional geopolitical disruptions.
The initiative reflects Titan’s commitment to the UAE’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, providing practical solutions that enable affected companies to restore operations, strengthen resilience, continue doing business and growing.
While the UAE demonstrated remarkable resilience and stability during the regional crisis, many smaller businesses continue to face operational and financial challenges, including cancelled contracts, delayed payments, disrupted supply chains, and reduced revenues.

_”Our objective is simple — to help businesses get back on their feet,” said Nasir Jamal, Managing Director of Titan Partners International.
Jamal said: “Dubai has never been a city that waits for normal to return — it creates it. The businesses we serve are not just statistics; they are families, livelihoods, and dreams that took years to materialize. Back-To-Growth is our way of standing beside them when they need a vital helping hand, because support is not a slogan we put on a wall. It is a responsibility we carry.”
The programme is built around four strategic objectives: restoring business continuity for affected enterprises, reinforcing Dubai’s reputation as one of the world’s most resilient business destinations, complementing government-led economic support through practical private-sector solutions, and strengthening Titan’s long-term commitment to the UAE’s entrepreneurial community. Back-To-Growth is designed to complement the government’s business support packages announced earlier in 2026, addressing the operational and advisory gaps that private-sector firms are uniquely positioned to close.
How It Works
Eligible businesses will have access to a comprehensive package of complimentary and subsidised services tailored to their needs. These include 100% free one-to-one advisory sessions covering restructuring, cost optimisation, market expansion, and supply-chain diversification, as well as subsidised immigration and visa services with accelerated processing for business owners and key employees. In addition, a 50% discount on new business setup fees and licence renewal services for qualifying companies.
The programme also provides digital transformation support through complimentary website development, subsidised CRM implementation, and digital payment integration to help businesses strengthen their online presence and operational efficiency. Additional assistance includes access to co-working facilities through Titan’s partner network and direct introductions to banking partners for businesses facing account onboarding challenges or requiring improved access to financial services.
Campaign Timelines
The Back-To-Growth initiative spans over four phases for six months, beginning on 1 August 2026. The first phase will focus on raising awareness and opening registrations for eligible businesses. This will be followed by detailed business assessments to determine the most appropriate support pathway for each applicant.
During the implementation phase, Titan’s advisory specialists will work directly with eligible participating businesses to deliver support services and monitor progress throughout the programme. The initiative will conclude in January 2027 with the publication of a comprehensive impact report detailing the number of businesses supported, services delivered, and the measurable economic value created during the campaign.
Titan Partners expects the programme to support hundreds of businesses during the six months while demonstrating the role private-sector organisations can play in strengthening economic resilience during periods of regional uncertainty.
The company believes that helping entrepreneurs recover quickly benefits individual businesses and contributes to Dubai’s continued position as a world-class entrepreneurial ecosystem for investment, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
Eligibility Criteria
The Back-To-Growth is open to entrepreneurs, startups, solopreneurs, and MSMEs operating in both UAE free zones and the mainland that can demonstrate measurable business disruption resulting from the recent regional geopolitical situation. Applications will be assessed individually to ensure that support is directed towards businesses with genuine operational and financial recovery needs.
“Through this initiative, Titan Partners International reinforces its belief that meaningful corporate responsibility extends beyond donations, business services and into creating lasting positive impact for the wider entrepreneurial ecosystem. By transforming practical expertise into tangible support, we aim to help businesses recover stronger, adapt faster, and continue driving sustainable economic growth across the UAE,” Nasir Jamal concluded.
