The city of Lahore witnessed a dynamic celebration of women empowerment, entrepreneurship, and collaboration as Lead Her Pakistan took center stage. Spearheaded by Aiman Sami Khan and Asma Imran, and organized in partnership with Womenza Pakistan, Arzoo Pakistan, Kasab e Kamaal, and the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI), the event brought together a vibrant community of changemakers, innovators, and leaders.
With Biz Today International as the exclusive media partner and Sunz & Az Productions (emsm.lz) as the community/media partner, the event welcomed hundreds of women entrepreneurs from across Pakistan to connect, learn, and grow.

The program commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by a welcome address from Mian Abuzar Shad, President of LCCI.
Key highlights included:
- Ms. Firdous Nisar, Executive Committee Member and Convener LCCI Standing Committee on Women Entrepreneurs, encouraged women to pursue business leadership with confidence.
- Mr. Gohar Shareef, renowned fitness and mental health trainer, emphasized the importance of mental resilience in entrepreneurship.
- Asma Imran, Founder of Arzoo Pakistan, shared insights on scaling women-led businesses.
- Aiman Sami Khan, Founder of Womenza Pakistan, advocated for stronger financial inclusion for women in Pakistan.
- Ms. Sana Naseer Sheikh, CEO of Sunz & Az Productions, shared her journey as a media entrepreneur.
- Ms. Sadia Taimour, Parliamentary Secretary for the Women Development Department Punjab, graced the event as Chief Guest and reaffirmed government support for women’s economic empowerment.
- Mr. Shoaib Zafar, business coach, offered practical guidance on business development.
- Ms. Nilophar Sikander, CEO of Kasab e Kamaal, highlighted the potential of creative women-led ventures.
- Mian Qasim Maudood Suharwardy, Head of Marketing at Sabiha Anees Trading Enterprise, addressed branding and marketing for women entrepreneurs.
A Q&A session allowed for rich dialogue, followed by a heartfelt vote of thanks by Mr. Shahid Nazir Chaudhary, Vice President of LCCI.
