KARACHI: Mr. Zahid Hameed, Senior Vice President, KATI attended a seminar on “SBP Policy Initiatives & Mechanism for SME Sector” was successfully organized by the Korangi Association of Trade & Industry (KATI) along with Mr. Muhammad Zubair Chhaya, Deputy Patron-in-chief KATI, Mr. Muhammad Ikram Rajput, President, KATI, Mr. Zaki Ahmed Sharif, Chairman Seminars and Workshops Standing Committee KATI, Syed Muhammad Talha Ali, Vice President KATI, Members of the Executive committee KATI & Other distinguished guests were also present in seminar.
The session featured Mr. Saleem Ullah, Deputy Governor, State Bank of Pakistan, as the distinguished guest speaker. During the seminar, Mr. Saleem Ullah highlighted various policy initiatives and financial mechanisms introduced by the State Bank of Pakistan to facilitate the growth and sustainability of the SME sector. The interactive session provided valuable insights to industrialists and business community members regarding access to financing, regulatory support, and future opportunities for small and medium enterprises. Kati team presented the KATI shield & Flower bouquet to Deputy Governor State Bank as a gesture of appreciation. This seminar held on April 23, 2026 at KATI Office.
