KARACHI: The Indonesian Consul General in Karachi, His Excellency Mr Mudzakir attended a High Tea hosted by the Director General of the Foreign Affairs Liaison Office in Karachi, Mr. Muhammad Irfan Soomro, on May 8, 2026.
The event was held to honor Consuls General who have recently assumed their posts as well as those who are nearing the end of their service in Karachi.
In a warm atmosphere, the Indonesian Consul General had the opportunity to:
• Warmly welcome new colleagues, namely the Consuls General from South Korea, Turkey, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.
• Pay respectful farewells to the Consuls General who have completed their terms of service, including the Consuls General of the United Kingdom and France.
This diplomatic gathering aims to continue strengthening synergy and solid cooperation among foreign representatives in Karachi, as well as enhancing collaboration between friendly nations and Pakistan.
