Chef Hira Tufail is an emerging culinary talent who has steadily made her mark in Pakistan’s dynamic food industry. She completed her diploma in Culinary Arts from MasterClass Pakistan, where she honed her technical skills and developed a creative approach to contemporary cuisine. Her passion and dedication were recently recognized at the Karachi International Culinary Salon, where she won a Gold Medal in the Seafood Category, highlighting her excellence and innovation in professional cooking.

Adding to her growing profile, Chef Hira has also participated in a cooking shoot for Masala TV, gaining valuable media exposure and showcasing her culinary flair to a wider audience. Currently, she is working as an R&D Chef for a startup café in DHA Phase 8, where she is actively involved in menu development, experimentation, and concept building, contributing fresh ideas and flavors to Karachi’s evolving café culture.
