Rosa’s Thai has humble beginnings rooted in authenticity, starting as a market stall in London’s Brick Lane in 2007 where Thai chef Saiphin Moore served her time-honoured family recipes to hungry lunchtime crowds.

Rosa’s Thai quickly became synonymous with simple, fresh, and authentic Thai food, with restaurants popping up in cities all over the UK including London, Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, and Cardiff, catering to the booming legion of foodie fans.

Combining modern London with the heart and soul of Bangkok, Rosa’s Thai Dubai is a 90-cover restaurant open for lunch and dinner, seven days a week. Guests can expect a super laid back, relaxed, and homely vibe where they can experience classic Thai dishes made from scratch, using hero ingredients from Thailand. Rest assured, there are no pre-cooked dishes here, just authentic food and true Thai hospitality.

Signature dishes are made using the best of Thai produce, including chilli pastes from a husband-and-wife team in the Huai Yod district of Thailand and rice noodles from a 3rd generation family business that has made noodles for over 80 years.

Menu highlights include classic and delicious Thai dishes including fan-favourite pad Thai and comforting green curry, as well as Rosa’s Thai cult favourites from red pineapple curry to stir-fried aubergine with yellow bean sauce, chilli, soy sauce & sweet basil. The menu also offers plenty of meat-free options for vegetarian diners, from fluffy sweetcorn patties with kaffir lime to a rich red curry with bamboo shoots & sweet basil.

You know a restaurant is going to be good when its sister locations can be found in London’s trendiest spots, namely, Notting Hill, Shoreditch, South Kensington, Parsons Green, and Queen’s Park. Cocotte has named Dubai’s JBR as its first site outside of London.

Cocotte is a French-inspired rotisserie concept created by founder and chef Romain Bourrillon, who has created a menu filled with healthy and delicious home-made dishes using techniques he honed during his time working in Belgium’s Michelin-starred restaurants.

The star of Cocotte’s menu is the chicken: French-inspired flavours, lovingly marinated for 24 hours in a blend of herbes de Provence and secret spices, before being cooked to perfection on the traditional rotisserie spit. The finished result is a beautifully moist and tasty chicken with a glorious, golden skin. Diners can choose between a full (AED 122), half (AED 63), or quarter chicken (AED 43).

Every star needs an epic support act, so you can rest assured that Cocotte boasts an impressive array of delicious salads and sides, including the kale & roasted squash salad, ratatouille, rosemary fries, and decadent truffle mac & cheese. Why not up the ante with seven sauces that will perfectly compliment your chicken, including truffle mayo, tarragon mustard and Cocotte’s signature chicken jus!
