In the past few years, demand for real estate investment and supporting infrastructure has increased enormously. In the emerging economies, the great migration to the cities, growing population and swelling middle class are creating a desperate need for more urban real estate. The cities are also growing rapidly, while technology, demographics and environmental issues are becoming new value drivers.

The CEO- Perfectum mentioned that the developers will have to become more innovative about how they design and build commercial and residential real estate, seeking to use space more efficiently.

For developers, technology advances will make an eco-efficient building more practical. The technologies behind smart appliances, smart meters, smart building management systems, integrated distribution management systems and city-wide energy management systems are continually becoming more advanced and affordable.Being a global real estate consultant perfectum suggests to the developers that they must be utilising eco-friendly materials and integrating natural sources of energy into the architectural design such as rainwater harvesting, waste management and solar power. This improves indoor air quality, promotes conservation of natural resources and enhances the overall health of residents.

The buyers of today are more involved in the preservation of their environment. They consider it their responsibility and are actively looking for sustainable and green real estate projects.

Perfcetum believes that to prosper in real estate’s new world, leading industry players, such as Consultants, developers and the construction managers need to make sure they have the right capabilities and qualities.
