Thai Airways cancels TG Winter Fest and New Year Celebrations Flight abiding by BMA Measures

0

Bangkok Metropolitan Administration has issued new preventative measures to curb the latest spread of COVID-19 by asking both public and private sectors to refrain from organising events with large gatherings. As a result, it is compulsory for Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) to cancel the ‘TG Winter Fest’ planned on 23-26 December 2020 at THAI Headquarter on Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road, including the ‘New Year Celebrations Flight’ scheduled on 1 January 2021. THAI apologises for any inconvenience this decision has caused, and appreciate your understanding. THAI is grateful for the received public interest, and we look forward to arranging other activities when the situation resolves.

THAI’s domestic services from Bangkok to Chiang Mai and Phuket starts from 1 January 2021, will operate as planned. The flights will be operated with our ‘Hygiene Excellence’ practice – a stringent health and hygiene standard under the COVID-19 preventive measures recommended by the Ministry of Public Health, the Center for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) and the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT). THAI closely monitors the COVID-19 situation and may adjust operations and services accordingly. Passengers are advised to routinely check for updates on our website at thaiairways.com or through our official social media channels.
