Usman Memorial Hospital opens state-of-the-art Covid-19 High Dependency Units

KARACHI: To respond to the developing situation and support the Government in its efforts to flatten the curve, the Usman Memorial Hospital (UMH), Hussainabad, Federal B. Area has stepped up its efforts and established a dedicated Covid-19 High Dependency Units (HDUs) within the hospital in Karachi.
The Ward has a 10-bed facility, an isolation ward with oxygen and an High Dependency Units for providing state-of-the-art services to patients for treating the cases of the pandemic. Chairman, UMH, Hussain Hashim Kath, Trustee Abdul Aziz Ahmed Kath and Dr. Tufail Bawa appreciated the availability of the necessary equipment and medicines there.
