DUBAI: MI CAPITAL Group, a UAE-based financial advisory, has restructured its management to become an independent business group that will allow it to focus on core businesses.

MI CAPITAL Group specialises in investment banking, corporate finance, debt and equity, mergers and acquisition, alternative finance, tax consultancy and investment advisory services.
