ABU DHABI: Danat Jebel Dhanna Resort, a five-star beachfront luxury hotel nestled between the desert landscape and the clean waters of the Arabian Gulf, has launched the Chef’s Table package at Zaitoun restaurant offering guests a distinct dining experience.
Executive Chef Peeush Chawla will be crafting the 7-course menu with exquisite dishes accompanied by an appropriate selection of wine or fresh juices. An assortment of bread, crackers with a variety of olive oil and cheese will be served before the meal as an appetizer. The seven-course meal will open with an amuse bouche followed by salad, soup, appetizer, sorbet to cleanse your palate, main course and a sweet course.
Chef Chawla in his exclusive style will be sharing the story and history of the unique ingredients used in each of the seven-course tasting menu. Guests are encouraged to ask questions regarding the cooking methods, ingredients and about the chef, making the event a very interesting interactive session.
