Joining Hands organises seminar on Time to Teach and Healthy Pakistan at PIM

KARACHI: A seminar was held at the Pakistan Institute of Management under the ‘Time to Teach and Healthy Pakistan campaign organized by the Joining Hands Welfare Organization.

In a seminar, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Owais guest-based professor from Ziauddin University, Joining Hands Welfare Organization Chairperson Ms. Sabeen Memon addressed the participants on the issues related to calamities and spreading of diseases. Prof. Dr. Mohammad Owais said that compared to urban areas, there is a need to pay attention to addressing health problems in rural areas. Cleanliness in society and lack of facilities in hospitals is also a major cause for increasing on daily health issues.

Governments have to increase health-related budget so that it can be easy to cope with growing deadly diseases in the society. While Sabeen Memon said we are going to help everybody in our way through the platform of joining hands. Speakers and participants appealed to the affected and well-known people in the society that they were purely pure with the help of joining hands with all the handicrafts to achieve the finish, which are working day and day for the completion of healthy society, the legislator said that most of the people in this country are deprived of clean water, human body all the organs are the blessings of ALLAH.

At the end of the joining hands chairperson, Ms. Sabeen Memon, coordinator Samina Memon, Senior Vice President of Chamber of Commerce, Shabana Asif, Rotary Club, Indus Valley. President, Dr.HeeraLal and Vice President, Sikandar Ali Chandio, Ruqaiya Muhammad Hussain, Areeba Shiwani, Ahmed Zaman, Adil Muslim, Atif Budhani, Shiza Khan, Yaqoob Bangash, Aleem Nawab Khan, and others congratulated the successful seminar and hoped that they would continue to play such seminars in the future.
