RIYADH: Abhi, the region’s neobank of the future, has announced a partnership with NOX Group, a Saudi-based business group, to provide employees with greater financial flexibility through Abhi’s Earned Wage Access (EWA) solution.
Through the partnership, NOX Group employees will be able to access a portion of their earned salary in real time before their regular payday, giving them greater control over their cash flow and more flexibility in managing their financial needs.
The collaboration brings together NOX Group’s commitment to its employees with Abhi’s technology-led approach to financial access. By enabling employees to access wages they have already earned, the partnership aims to support financial wellbeing while giving employees greater choice over when and how they access their income.
Speaking on the partnership, Omair Ansari, Co-Founder and CEO of Abhi, said: “Financial wellbeing starts with having greater control over the income you have already earned. At Abhi, we believe employees should have the flexibility to access their earned wages when they need them, rather than being restricted by a fixed payday. Our partnership with NOX Group reflects a shared commitment to creating a more supportive employee experience, where financial flexibility is an integral part of the workplace.”
As Saudi Arabia continues to advance the objectives of Vision 2030, employers are increasingly looking beyond traditional compensation to create more holistic employee experiences. Financial wellbeing is becoming an important part of this shift, with employers exploring technology-enabled solutions that can provide employees with greater financial flexibility and support.
The partnership between Abhi and NOX Group reflects the growing adoption of technology-enabled financial solutions in the Kingdom and the evolving role of financial flexibility in the future of work.
