KARACHI: The KWSDC, under the leadership of Mr. Shahid Qureshi, successfully hosted the Mangolicious Masterclass in collaboration with Habitt on Friday, 24 July 2026, at City Talk, Habitt City. The interactive culinary session featured renowned chefs Ayesha Noman and Zainab Kirmani, who captivated participants with innovative mango-inspired recipes and practical cooking techniques. Chef Ayesha Noman demonstrated her signature Mango Éclair, while Chef Zainab Kirmani prepared a flavorful Smoky Grilled Chicken with Mango Salad, showcasing the versatility of Pakistan’s favorite summer fruit.
The masterclass concluded with an engaging question-and-answer session, where attendees enthusiastically interacted with both chefs, discussing recipe variations, cooking tips, presentation techniques, and the creative use of mangoes in modern cuisine.
