ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan National Culinary Cup 2026, organized by The Culinary Folks, concluded successfully on 4th and 5th July 2026, bringing together talented chefs, culinary students, hospitality professionals, and food enthusiasts from across Pakistan.
The event commenced with the Tilawat-e-Quran, followed by the National Anthem, creating a respectful and patriotic atmosphere before the official inauguration.
The two-day culinary festival featured exciting Live Cooking Competitions, where 25 teams from across Pakistan showcased their creativity, technical skills, and presentation. A special Live Cooking Competition for culinary students highlighted the exceptional talent of the country’s future chefs. The event also included a highly competitive Baking Competition and the prestigious Professional Chef of the Year category.
The Chief Guest, Dr. Ahmed Ali Sarohi, Director General, Audit and Crises, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad, appreciated the efforts of The Culinary Folks in promoting Pakistan’s culinary industry and encouraging young chefs through healthy competition.
The event was also honored by the presence of Mr. Almass Ayoub Sabir, Owner of Burj ul Zaki Boutique Hotel and AIMS Education System, who appreciated the participants and extended his support for culinary education and professional development. Also we had a Senior Judge Chef Aamir Abbasi, A renowned Executive Chef After an intense competition judged by renowned culinary experts, Team Chushi Wok from Gilgit-Baltistan emerged as the Champion of the Pakistan National Culinary Cup 2026, earning the championship title through outstanding culinary excellence, teamwork, and innovation.
At the closing ceremony, Shama Rashid, Founding President of The Culinary Folks, expressed her heartfelt gratitude to all participants, judges, sponsors, volunteers, audience members, the Chief Guest, and all Guests of Honour for making the event a remarkable success. She stated that The Culinary Folks will continue to provide national platforms that recognize culinary excellence, promote hospitality education, and encourage young talent across Pakistan.
The Pakistan National Culinary Cup 2026 concluded with the distribution of awards, medals, certificates, and trophies, celebrating excellence and inspiring the next generation of culinary professionals.
