Career Labs, Tetr College’s global opportunity network, positions the UAE as the top market for undergraduate talent, connecting Dubai-based and international students with multinational corporations, venture capital firms and high-growth startups across 22 countries

DUBAI:  Undergraduate students at Tetr College of Business, a first-of-its-kind global business school reimagining business education through immersive, real-world learning, have received 370 internship offers within their first two years of study. The offers have come through Career Labs, Tetr College’s global opportunity network, spanning 129 companies across 22 countries with the UAE emerging as the single largest opportunity market globally, ahead of India, the USA, Singapore, Ghana, Portugal, China and Mexico.

The milestone underscores the UAE’s growing role as a hub connecting global business talent with multinational corporations, venture capital firms and high-growth startups, a trend consistent with Dubai and Abu Dhabi’s positioning as regional gateways for finance, technology and entrepreneurship. Employers engaging with Tetr students include eBay, AXA Egypt, National Geographic, Tiendas 3B (NYSE: BBB), Rama (YC W26), Shilling Capital and Orios Venture Partners, alongside organisations such as Jio BlackRock, ClearTax, Times of India, Bertelsmann India Investments and Masters’ Union.

Career Labs opportunities span 55 industry categories, including venture capital, artificial intelligence, climate technology, and media and the creator economy sectors central to the UAE’s own diversification agenda. Roles are available across remote, onsite and hybrid formats, giving students exposure to different workplace environments while they complete their undergraduate degree.

Students are gaining hands-on experience at companies and investment firms shaping the future of business. Sofia, from Tetr College’s inaugural undergraduate cohort, is working across expansion strategy, finance, operations and supply chain management at Tiendas 3B, one of Mexico’s largest retail chains. From the second cohort, Ishan Seth is contributing to investment research and due diligence at Bertelsmann India Investments, while Maria Regina, Rushil and Jana Amar are supporting growth and go-to-market initiatives at RamAIn, a Y Combinator-backed AI startup.

Students have collectively earned over USD 277,000 through Career Labs-facilitated opportunities, with the highest-paying roles emerging across the United States, Mexico, Australia and China.

Tarun Gangwar, Co-founder, Tetr College of Business, said, “The gap between what students learn and what employers need has been discussed for years. What is changing now is the willingness of employers to engage talent earlier and evaluate potential through real work rather than academic signals alone. The UAE leading our global opportunity network reflects the confidence regional and international employers place in talent that proves itself through action, not just credentials.”

These opportunities are part of Tetr College’s broader approach to business education, where undergraduate students learn across seven countries and postgraduate students across three global business hubs including Dubai gaining exposure to different business environments as part of their degree. Career Labs serves as the bridge between academic learning and the workplace, embedding industry engagement into the student experience from day one.

As the relationship between education and industry continues to evolve, Tetr College’s globally immersive approach to business education, Career Labs reflects this shift by embedding industry engagement within the student experience from an early stage.
