JEDDAH: In celebration of International Cabin Crew Day, flyadeal, Saudi Arabia’s fast-growing low-cost airline, has announced the graduation of its newest group of cabin crew – the 76th since the airline launched in 2017.
Underscoring the carrier’s continued growth and investment in frontline talent, 25 young men and women from Saudi Arabia and Tunisia, underwent an intensive seven-week training programme covering safety procedures, service excellence and operational readiness at flyadeal’s headquarters in Jeddah.
The latest recruits have now taken to the air with their flying careers, equipped with the skills required to deliver a seamless and reliable onboard experience.
Ghizlane Rabii, flyadeal Senior Cabin Crew Services Manager, said: “On International Cabin Crew Day, we are proud to welcome our newest group of highly trained individuals who represent the spirit and professional standards of flyadeal. The graduation reinforces flyadeal’s dedication to nurture the next generation of aviation professionals.
“Our cabin crew are flyadeal ambassadors, at the heart of our operation and investing in their development ensures we continue to deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused journeys as we grow.”
flyadeal’s cabin crew community now embraces over 700 professionals, accounting for around 40% of its total workforce. The team spans across 16 nationalities from the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia, South Asia and America, and speaks 12 languages, reinforcing the airline’s diverse and inclusive culture.
Since its inaugural flight in 2017, flyadeal has maintained a disciplined focus on training and talent development, ensuring that as the airline scales, service standards and safety performance remain uncompromised.
flyadeal has rapidly developed into one of the Middle East’s fastest growing airlines, operating a young fleet of 46 Airbus A320 family aircraft from bases in Jeddah, Riyadh, Madinah and Dammam to 39 seasonal and year-round destinations across Saudi Arabia, and in the Middle East, Europe, North Africa and South Asia. By 2030, in line with Saudi Vision 2030, flyadeal expects to more than double its network and fleet to over 100 destinations and aircraft respectively.
