At this year’s edition, IFFCO Group’s exhibition stand will spotlight a range of newly developed products that combine functionality, indulgence and family-friendly nutrition.
Among the key highlights is Pristine Multipurpose Cream, one of the first 3-in-1 cream solutions that can be cooked, whipped and poured. Designed to deliver a consistently rich and creamy texture, the product offers professional versatility while helping reduce kitchen waste by replacing multiple cream formats with a single solution.
In the impulse category, London Dairy WAVES introduces a premium ice cream experience featuring silky vanilla ice cream layered with a rich, molten chocolate swirl. The defining feature of the product is its evenly interlaced premium chocolate layer, perfectly balanced between vanilla and chocolate ice cream, and finished with indulgent chocolate drops.
Also making its debut is IGLOO® DOUBLE UP, the world’s first double ice cream sandwich, offering consumers two ice cream sandwich experiences in a single bite for double the enjoyment.
Expanding its family-focused portfolio, IFFCO will showcase Noor Kids Pasta Soup, a wholesome and delicious meal option made with fun-shaped pasta and real vegetables. Free from added preservatives and artificial colours, the soup is packed with natural herbs and spices and is designed to provide a nutritious, engaging mealtime experience for children.
