KMCHS unveils Beautification & Expansion Project of Usmania Masjid & Park

DUBAI/KARACHI: The ground-breaking ceremony for the beautification and extension of Usmania Masjid and Park was held on Sunday, 4th January 2026, at Jinnah Avenue Road, Scheme 33, within the Karachi Memon Co-operative Housing Society (KMCHS). The initiative marks a significant step toward enhancing religious, social, and recreational facilities for the community under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Asif Majid, Chairman, KMCHS.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of the chief guest, Mr. Shabbir Haroon, President of the All Pakistan Memon Federation, while Mr. Abdul Aziz Ahmed Kath, President of The Okhai Memon Jamat, attended as the presiding guest. Community members, elders, and representatives of various organizations also participated, reflecting strong collective support for the project.

Speaking on the occasion, the leadership emphasized the importance of developing spaces that promote spirituality, unity, and well-being. The beautification and expansion project aims to provide improved facilities, a serene environment for worship, and a revitalized park for families, reinforcing KMCHS’s commitment to sustainable community development and shared values.
