JS Bank Limited has successfully automated its Core Banking Close of Business (COB) cycle in partnership with AUTON8, further strengthening the reliability and efficiency of the Bank’s day-end operations.
The automation, implemented using AUTON8’s A8 Flow Orchestration Engine, improves coordination across critical banking processes, ensuring consistent and timely completion across core systems. This milestone reinforces JS Bank’s focus on using technology to strengthen operational performance.

The initiative reflects the Bank’s commitment to operational excellence by enhancing process control, reducing risk, and improving system stability. It also lays the groundwork for future technology-led improvements across the organization. Led by Mr. Mueen Alam Qadri, Head of IT Operations at JS Bank, the project was delivered on time, with his team’s extra-mile efforts ensuring a stable and seamless rollout.
