KARACHI: Balochistan Baitak, a new culinary initiative by Faqeeh Holdings, is bringing the rich and authentic flavours of Balochistan’s tribal cuisine to Karachi.
The Baitak offers traditional specialties such as Rosh, shorba, Afghani Boti, Chainaak and other heritage dishes prepared with authentic techniques and flavours deeply rooted in the region’s food culture. Alongside these traditional offerings, the menu also features Barbecue Mandi and its signature Peshawari Mutton Karhai.
What makes Balochistan Baitak distinctive is its connection to the culture itself the initiative is led by people with a deep understanding of Balochistan’s traditions, food and culinary heritage.
