KARACHI: On 13 January 2025, Mr. Surashete Boontinand, Consul General of Thailand, paid a courtesy call on Mr. Hassan Nourian, Consul General of Iran (Dean of the Consul Generals in Karachi) to officially introduce himself on the occasion of his assumption of duty as Consul General of Thailand in Karachi.
Mr. Hassan Nourian welcomed and congratulated him on the said occasion. Both sides exchanged views on political, economic and social issues, with a special emphasis on bilateral relations between Thailand and Pakistan, as well as between Thailand and Iran.
The Consul General of Thailand expressed his appreciation for the fruitful conversation and the warm welcome accorded to him.
