The Tennis & Country Club Fujairah will be hosting the third (3rd) Fujairah Swimming Championship, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Bin Hamad Bib Saif Bin Hamad Al Sharqi. This event all set to take place at swimming pool of the Tennis Sports Club on 01st April 2023.
As per information available from the organizers, this event will have two age groups with first one being 7 ~ 8 years of age and other age-group being for 9 years and above. Participants will be contesting in the categories of Butterfly, Back-Stroke, Free-Style and Relay.
According to Ms. Hania Reggi, Manager, TCCF, the participation fee/race is only 30 dirhams and the deadline for submitting for races is 31st March 2023. The maximum number of participants for this swimming championship will be limited to no more than 200 male and female swimmers.
Each swimmer will be allowed to participate in 2 individual races + relay. Each team has the right to participate in one team for the relay for each stage, provided that the three teams are granted First medals.
The first-place swimmer will be awarded 200 dirhams, the second place will be awarded 150 dirhams and the third place will get 100 dirhams.
Third (3rd) Fujairah Swimming Championship is all set to start at 09:30pm at a 25-meter swimming pool (consisting of 5 lanes) of the Tennis Sports Club on Saturday 01st April 2023.
