KARACHI: The three-day Pakistan Music Festival 2026, organised by the Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi, concluded in a grand manner at the Jaun Elia Lawn, filling the venue with captivating melodies, powerful voices and vibrant musical colours. Thousands of music enthusiasts attended the festival over its three days and warmly applauded the performances by renowned and emerging Pakistani artists.
The festival featured performances by some of Pakistan’s leading singers and musicians, including legendary classical singer Ustad Hamid Ali Khan, Humaira Channa, Ghulam Abbas Khan, Mahmood Ali Khan, Akhlaq Bashir, Farhan Rais Khan, Imran Abbas Khan, Imran Javed, Mazhar Umrao Bindu Khan, Muhammad Zubair, Arman Rahim, Uroosa Ali, Arif Ansari, Ameer Ali, Noman Khan, Faheem Faqeer, Merub Javelin, Nabeel Abbas, Abdul Rafi, Mustafa Baloch, Muneeb Khan, Sameer Hamza, Leeza Fatima, Noman Al-Sheikh, Salman Alvi, Sagheer Ahmed, Aziz Warsi, Maham Tahir, Waqar Hussain, Shah Rukh Abbas, Faisal Latif, Narodha Malani, Shoukat Faqeer, Rashid Ali Haideri, Intizar Hussain, Mumtaz Sabzal, Kamran Saggu, Imran Nashad, Shehbaz Ali, Hira Qaiser of Pakistan Idol, Kashia Keif, Naila Saleem, Sonia Khan, Shuja, Newton Mushtaq and Esha Adhiwal. The artists presented a diverse repertoire representing different musical traditions and styles, winning appreciation from the audience.
Noman Khan also performed the duties of host alongside his singing performance. President Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi Muhammad Ahmed Shah, Chairman Music Committee Amjad Hussain Shah, Chairman Special Committee Iqbal Latif and members of the Governing Body attended the festival.
Speaking on the occasion, Muhammad Ahmed Shah said that the overwhelming success of Pakistan Music Festival 2026 demonstrated the Pakistani public’s deep appreciation for quality music and its artists. He said the three-day festival brought together established singers as well as emerging talent, who received an enthusiastic response from music lovers. He said the diverse voices, musical styles and regional colours presented at the festival highlighted Pakistan’s rich cultural diversity.
The Arts Council, he added, would continue to provide meaningful platforms for the promotion of music and other forms of the performing arts.
Chairman Arts Council Music Committee Amjad Hussain Shah said that Pakistan Music Festival 2026 was an important and memorable occasion for artists associated with music.
He expressed his gratitude to Arts Council President Muhammad Ahmed Shah, saying that his patronage and continued efforts for the promotion of the arts were instrumental in the success of major cultural programmes, while encouraging young talent remained an important part of his vision.
