ISLAMABAD: In a major step towards enhancing citizen convenience and modernizing public service delivery, TCS, Pakistan’s leading logistics and courier company, in collaboration with the Directorate General of Immigration & Passports (DGIP), has officially launched “Passport Aapki Dehleez Par” (Passport at Your Doorstep) – a secure passport home delivery service that enables citizens to receive their passports at their preferred address.
The service was formally launched during a meeting held at the Headquarters of the Directorate General of Immigration & Passports.

The meeting focused on collaborative initiatives to further modernize passport services, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall citizen experience. Discussions also covered TCS’s role as the Directorate’s official logistics partner and the robust mechanisms in place to ensure the secure, reliable, and timely delivery of passports across Pakistan.
Expanding on the safety, and efficiency factor, Muhammad Ali Randhawa, Director General Immigration & Passports, stated: “The launch of the Passport at Your Doorstep service reflects our commitment to making passport services more accessible, convenient, and efficient for citizens. By delivering passports directly to applicants’ homes, we are reducing unnecessary visits to passport offices while ensuring a secure and seamless collection process.”
The launch of Passport Aapki Dehleez Par represents another milestone in the Government of Pakistan’s ongoing efforts to improve public service delivery, with a secure and trusted nationwide logistics network, for a more convenient, reliable, and secure delivery experience.
