PTA Hosts Hi-Tea to Strengthen Pakistan–Uzbekistan Trade Ties

KARACHI: Mr. Hamid Zahur, Chairman PTA – Central, and Dr. Danish Aman, Chairman PTA (S.Z), hosted a Hi-Tea in honor of H.E. Mr. Alisher Tukhtaev, Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Pakistan, and H.E. Mr. Normat Tulkunovich, Governor of Navoiy Region, Uzbekistan on Thursday, 30 April, 2026 at the PTA (S.Z) Office.

The meeting primarily focused on enhancing bilateral trade and promoting exports between both countries. Discussions emphasized facilitating leather manufacturers and exporters on both sides, with a shared commitment to strengthening trade relations and exploring new avenues of cooperation.

At the conclusion of the event, both Chairmen presented the Association’s crest to the distinguished guests as a gesture of respect and goodwill.
