KARACHI: Sanam Pathan, Head of Institute – Beaconhouse International College, Karachi visited The Elixir School on Thursday, 26 March 2026, where she conducted an engaging and insightful training session on Emotional Intelligence in Highly Effective Educational Setups for the faculty. The session focused on strengthening interpersonal awareness, effective communication, and emotional resilience in academic environments, offering practical strategies to enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement.
In addition, the School Co-ordinator Academics, Maham Shah, delivered a session on Future-Ready Classrooms: Technology & AI for Effective Teaching, highlighting the evolving role of innovation and digital integration in modern education.
