MADINAH MUNAWWARA/KARACHI: More than 2,000 families gathered at the DCTO Campus of the Kiran Foundation in Lyari for the Shafqat Bhara Iftar, a heartfelt celebration of Ramzan rooted in unity, dignity, and compassion. The large-scale community gathering brought together people from across Karachi who sat side by side to break their fast, reflecting the true spirit of togetherness and shared humanity.

Speaking on the occasion, Sabina Khatri, Founder and Chairperson of Kiran Foundation, said, “Shafqat Bhara Iftar is not just an event; it is a reflection of our collective strength as a community. When families come together under one roof to share a meal, they also share hope, respect, and the bonds of brotherhood that define the spirit of Ramzan.” She added, “At Kiran Foundation, we believe dignity and inclusion are at the heart of service. Seeing thousands gathered here today reminds us that compassion grows when it is shared.”

She further expressed gratitude to all attendees and supporters, stating, “We are deeply thankful to everyone who traveled from different corners of Karachi to be part of this beautiful evening with the community of Lyari. Your presence made this gathering even more meaningful. When a community stands together, blessings multiply and tonight was a powerful reminder of that truth.”
