A culinary collaboration by two of Jumeirah’s celebrated pastry chefs

DUBAI: Jumeirah Al Naseem unveils a new pastry pop-up for the festive season, opening on Tuesday, 23 December. Guests can expect a curated showcase of seasonal confections crafted by two of Jumeirah’s talented pastry chefs.

Located as an extension of Al Mandhar Lounge, the pop-up brings together the talents of Chef Tom Coll of Jumeirah Burj Al Arab and Chef Thomas Moulin of Jumeirah Al Naseem, in a collaborative celebration of craftmanship and festive creativity.

Chef Tom Coll presents a selection of his signature festive creations, including a green chocolate Christmas tree made with 64% dark chocolate, pecan praline, caramel, and cookies; a dark chocolate and vanilla marshmallow teddy bear; festive chocolate baubles featuring Dulcey chocolate, marble cake, and salted dark chocolate ganache; and the Jumeirah Burj Al Arab chocolate bar with pistachio kunafa.

Chef Moulin complements the offering with refined creations such as the raspberry rose tart, combining almond cream, rose, and raspberry with vanilla cream; a classic marble cake with vanilla and chocolate layers; and the Cocoa Breeze – Jumeirah Al Naseem’s gluten-free and sugar-free dessert.

Situated within the Jumeirah Al Naseem lobby, and available from 23 December, the pastry pop-up offers guests the opportunity to enjoy desserts on-site or take them away to share, providing a festive addition to the resort’s seasonal culinary experiences.
