Emerging culinary talent Chef Sabiha Kazmi showcased her creative flair at a winter cuisine showcase organized by Biz Today International, presenting a unique Thai–Indian fusion dish inspired by her multicultural journey and culinary training.
Chef Kazmi is currently completing her professional culinary course from Masterclass Pakistan Institute, which offers an internationally recognized CTH (UK-certified) qualification. She is presently preparing for her final examinations comprising both practical and theoretical assessments.
Born in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India, Chef Kazmi was raised in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where she completed her schooling and college education. She later moved to Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, before relocating to Karachi for higher education. In Pakistan, she pursued and completed her graduation in English Literature from the University of Karachi.
An artist by nature, Chef Kazmi has a deep passion for exploring diverse cultures, cuisines, and travel. She believes her love, creativity, and cultural experiences are expressed through her culinary creations. At the Biz Today event, participants were invited to present a winter dish that reflected their personal identity and culinary philosophy. Chef Kazmi’s original Thai–Indian fusion dish was entirely her own concept, combining technical knowledge with personal expression.
The chef expressed her appreciation for the platform, noting that the feedback received was highly encouraging. She shared her enthusiasm for participating in similar ventures in the future, both locally and internationally.
