Most recently, he served as Director of Sales and Marketing at Hyatt Regency Nairobi Westlands, where he successfully launched the property and established it as a leader in the upper upscale market segment. His career also includes senior leadership roles with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Jumeirah Group, and Radisson Hotel Group, where he consistently delivered strong revenue growth and market share expansion across different regions.
Denis’ impressive background and dynamic leadership style will further strengthen Shangri-La Dubai’s position as one of the city’s most distinguished luxury hotels.
