DUBAI/KARACHI: At The Wok Hei, ZaikaBook hosted its first-ever Meet & Greet event recently, which was attended by Karachi’s top chefs, dignitaries of the culinary industry, members of the business community, and well-known personalities. The event introduced ZaikaBook’s mission and vision while presenting it as a unique culinary platform for the younger generation, aspiring chefs, and home-based cooking experts.
ZaikaBook aims to provide opportunities for teens and upcoming chefs to showcase their talent and creativity, while also highlighting the skills of home-based culinary enthusiasts. Guests at the event appreciated the initiative and termed it a promising step for the culinary industry in Pakistan.

As part of the program, Mr. Owais Kohari was invited as Guest Speaker. He shared his vision on how to support and promote home-based cooking experts and culinary startups, encouraging collaboration and growth within the food community.

A major highlight of the evening was the announcement of Mumtaz Alam as ZaikaBook’s first Ambassador for Teen Chefs and “Friend of Zaika.” He will play a vital role in mentoring young chefs and supporting the platform’s upcoming collaborations.

Speaking at the event, the ZaikaBook team emphasized that their vision is not limited to food alone but is about celebrating taste, preserving culture, and connecting people through culinary experiences.
