KARACHI: In a spirit of patriotism and unity, Jashan-e-Marka-e-Haq & Independence Day was celebrated with great zeal at the Zainab Rehabilitation Centre, hosted by Haji Masood Parekh, Chairman of the Centre.
The event was graced by Senator & President Pakistan Peoples Party Sindh, Nisar Ahmad Khuhro, as the Chief Guest. Distinguished personalities including Altaf Habib, Altaf Habbib Jangda, A.K. Memon, Amin Sharif, Iqbal Nini, Habib Memon, and several other prominent community members attended the ceremony, showing their support for the cause and the nation.
The celebrations were marked by patriotic speeches, prayers for Pakistan’s prosperity, and a renewed commitment to the values of independence and national integrity. Guests expressed their admiration for the sacrifices made for Pakistan’s freedom and highlighted the importance of unity in facing present-day challenges.
The gathering concluded with resounding slogans of “Pakistan Zindabad” and “Pak Fouj Zindabad”, symbolizing the nation’s unwavering love for the homeland and its defenders.
