ISLAMABAD: EU Ambassador Riina Kionka and Secretary of the Economic Affairs Division Dr. Kazim Niaz have officially signed a €20 million grant agreement aimed at strengthening governance and enhancing the business environment in Pakistan.

This significant initiative supports Pakistan’s transition toward green and inclusive growth, with a special focus on empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), particularly those led by or benefiting women.
