KARACHI: Skills Valley proudly celebrated Mango Day with a vibrant and flavorful culinary exhibition featuring the creative talents of its Culinary and Baking students. The event brought together aspiring chefs, industry experts, and food enthusiasts to honor the king of fruits – Mango – through innovative and delicious culinary creations.
A total of 25 students participated in the celebration, each preparing 2 to 3 unique dishes, resulting in nearly 60 mouth-watering mango-based dishes. From refreshing desserts and baked delights to savory gourmet experiments, the students wowed the audience with their innovation, presentation, and exceptional culinary skills.
The event saw a strong turnout of renowned industrial chefs, food professionals, and culinary experts, all of whom appreciated the talent and hard work of the students. They also commended the dedicated faculty and Skills Valley management for their unwavering commitment to nurturing future culinary leaders and their continued efforts in uplifting the hospitality and food industry in Pakistan.
