DUBAI/KARACHI: In a landmark move to strengthen hospitality education and industry collaboration, COTHM Karachi has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Marriott Hotel Karachi. This strategic partnership marks a significant step in bridging the gap between academia and the professional hospitality sector.
The MoU aims to provide students with enhanced opportunities for internships, job placements, and hands-on training, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the demands of a dynamic global industry.
The signing ceremony was attended by prominent representatives from both organizations, including Mr. Sabir Ahmed – Executive Director, COTHM Karachi, Mr. Tehseen Qazi – Director Operations, North Campus, Mr. Usaid Ahmed – Director Operations, Main Campus, Mr. Azhar Jameel – GM Marketing, Mr. Raza Abbas – General Manager, Marriott Hotel Karachi and Mr. Umair Altaf – Executive Assistant Manager (EAM), Marriott.
