
On Friday, 23rd of May, 2025 PR drop was an aromatic journey through rich, nostalgic flavors — courtesy of Chef Faiza Nouman of Zam Bakes.
The highlight: Chicken Khowsay — a comforting bowl of yellow curry, silky coconut undertones, and real, robust spices that elevate every bite. The noodles were perfectly complemented by Chef Faiza’s signature chilli oil, which added just the right kick without overpowering the dish.
Sweet cravings were also met with a beautifully warm serving of Chany ki Daal ka Halwa — a rare treat that’s as rich in heritage as it is in taste. Earthy, sweet, and indulgent, it’s a dessert that celebrates traditional craftsmanship.
