KATI Hosts ‘Yaum-e-Tashakur’ to Honor Armed Forces’ Triumph

KARACHI: The Korangi Association of Trade and Industry (KATI) proudly hosted a solemn and spirited celebration of Yaum-e-Tashakur (Day of Gratitude) at the KATI Building on Tuesday, May 20th, 2025, to honor the remarkable victory of Pakistan’s armed forces in the war against India.

The event was graced by Chief Guest Rear Admiral Faisal Amin, HI(M), Commander Coast, Pakistan Navy, who paid tribute to the valor and unwavering commitment of the armed forces in safeguarding the nation’s sovereignty.

The ceremony was hosted by Muhammad Zubair Chhaya, Deputy Patron-in-Chief alongside, Junaid Naqi, President KATI, Danish Aman, Chairman, South Zone, Pakistan Tanners Association, Farooq Ahmed, Chairman, South Zone, Pakistan Leather Garments Manufacturers & Exporters Association, and Zahid Hameed, Chairman, CSR Standing Committee.

A symbolic Flag Hoisting Ceremony followed, filling the atmosphere with patriotic fervor. The gathering reflected a deep sense of national pride and collective gratitude toward the brave sons of the soil.

KATI leadership reaffirmed their support and appreciation for the sacrifices made by the armed forces, emphasizing unity and resilience as cornerstones of Pakistan’s future.

The event concluded with prayers for the prosperity and strength of Pakistan.
