Students organized a heartwarming farewell reception for renowned Chef Afshan Mansoor at the iconic Lal Qila Restaurant on Sunday, 22nd September, 2024. The event celebrated the chef’s inspiring culinary journey and her immense contribution to the students’ learning experience in gastronomy.
Chef Afshan, known for her expertise in blending traditional and modern cuisine, had been a mentor and guide to many aspiring chefs. Her farewell event at Lal Qila, a restaurant known for its vibrant ambiance and traditional Mughal-style dining, was attended by students, faculty, and esteemed guests from the culinary world.
