KARACHI: On 7 December 2023, Royal Thai Consulate General of Thailand in Karachi organized a sports day activity for Thai students at the Legends Arena in Karachi. Consul General of Thailand presided over the event and about 100 people participated include officials and staffs from RTCG, Thai students from Binoria University International and Madarsa Ibn e Abbas in Karachi.
Consul General also presented a financial grant to the Thai Student Association in Karachi to support the association’s activities, such as cultural events, language classes, and social gatherings.
The sports event was funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand. It aimed to promote friendship, unity, and cooperation among students, as well as to promote coordination and exchange of information and views between RTCG and Thai students in Karachi. The event included football matches, tug-of-war, and other activities.
