The Emirates Group concluded a successful Ru’ya Careers Fair, having captivated attending Emirati job seekers and received more than 4,900 applications throughout the three days for the offered roles and programmes. The Group also conducted over 300 on-site digital interviews for high school candidates, which helped to accelerate the hiring process and provide more flexibility for the applicants.
Programmes that received the highest volume of applications at Ru’ya include the Graduate Training Programme and the National Cadet Pilot Programme.
Offering an interactive experience for the audience, the Emirates Group’s stand integrated an engaging aviation-related game that saw two winners receive free flight tickets to London with Emirates airline.
The Emirates Group’s Emiratisation team has been actively participating in various career fairs across the UAE, while running aggressive recruitment campaigns to place UAE talent in multiple business units across Emirates and dnata. Through Ru’ya Careers, the Group was able to connect with capable and ambitious UAE Nationals who are eager to start their professional journeys in travel and aviation, support the Emirates Group’s global operations and contribute to the UAE’s economic stability.
